I aim to despatch orders within 2 working days - usually the next day and sometimes even the same day. I will send you a confirmation email letting you know when your order has been posted. Your details are only used in relation to your order and are not used again or passed to any other company. Paypal is used to process payments, your card or Paypal account details are not shared with Pirate Treasures Jewellery.  

Pirate Treasures Jewellery is an exclusive internet only shop - no Pirate Treasures Jewellery items are available from 'bricks &  mortar' shops or other websites. I very occasionally sell a selection at craft fairs. All jewellery is handmade by myself.

In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations, returns will be accepted within 14 days of purchase, with the exception of earrings for hygiene reasons. Please notify me first if you need to return anything. Items must be returned in unworn condition in original packaging. Buyer must pay for return Recorded or Special Delivery postage. Refunds will be given upon receipt of returned item in original condition. Everyone so far has been happy with their purchases so hopefully you will never need to return anything!
