How do I pay for an order?
You now have a choice to use either Paypal or Google checkouts.
You do not need a Paypal account in order to pay by credit/debit card - just follow the 'pay with Paypal' instructions and you can enter your card details.
You will be taken to our shopping cart facility at Paypal, where you can pay securely by card or Paypal account if you have one. Paypal uses 128-bit SSL and powerful encryption so you can shop securely. Paypal does not share any of your card/banking information with Pirate Treasures Jewellery.
If you prefer to pay with your Google account, just click the box and you will be taken to Google checkout. Please check the credit card you have on file with Google hasn't expired otherwise payment won't go through.
How quickly will I receive my order? Orders should be posted within 48 hours, usually within 24 hours and sometimes the same day! You will receive a receipt from Paypal and an email from Pirate Treasures confirming dispatch.
Privacy Pirate Treasures will only use your personal details (ie email address, name and postal address) for the purpose of processing your order. We will not pass your details on to anyone else. Ever! We hate spam and junk mail. If you have signed up to receive our Newsletter, either via the website or during Google Checkout process your email details will be stored remotely by the newsletter provider (MailChimp) and only accessed and used in order to send you the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time and your details will be removed.

Returns Under distance selling regulations, you may return items within 7 working days of receipt. They must be in original unused condition as supplied and you must keep a proof of posting. A refund will be issued on receipt of the original goods. Please contact us first if you need to make a return and include your name & address in the package so it can be matched up with your order. Return postage costs will not be refunded.
