How quickly will I receive my order? I always post orders ASAP. I'm often able to post the same day if your order is received by 11am, otherwise it's usually the next day. However, on occasion I might be at the other end of the country (or in another one!) if the band I work with, Trampolene, have a gig or two, in which case I'll post as soon as I'm back! Please contact me if you require your order urgently and I'll do my best to get it to you in time. You can also choose Special Delivery within the UK if you need guaranteed and tracked delivery.
You will receive an email from Pirate Treasures confirming dispatch.
Paying for an order Payment can be made by credit or debit cards through Nochex or Paypal. Please see below for more details.

How do I pay for an order?
All the usual credit or debit cards are accepted through our third party card processors. You have a choice to use either Nochex or Paypal to process the payment and you do not need to have an account with either. You can alternatively choose to use your Paypal account funds to pay.
Your address and contact details will be filled out on our website and then you will be taken to your chosen payment processor's secure website to complete your order. Neither of our card processing options share any of your card/banking information with Pirate Treasures Jewellery.
Nochex is a UK based secure card processor and does not require you to have an account - just enter your card details and your order is placed.
To pay with Paypal, you do not need a Paypal account in order to pay by credit/debit card - just follow the 'pay with Paypal' instructions and you can enter your card details.
You will be taken to our shopping cart facility at Paypal, where you can pay securely by card or Paypal account if you have one. Paypal uses 128-bit SSL and powerful encryption so you can shop securely. Please note that Paypal have a limit of 10 guest card transactions before they require you to open a Paypal account. If you want to pay by card and do not want to have a Paypal account, Nochex may be the better payment option!
Please make sure the delivery address in your Paypal account is up to date and correct. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to out of date or incorrect addresses.
How quickly will I receive my order? Orders should be posted within 48 hours, usually within 24 hours and sometimes the same day. We will send a confirmation email when your order is dispatched. See above for more info.
Privacy Pirate Treasures will only use your personal details (ie email address, name and postal address) for the purpose of processing your order. We do not send unsolicited emails or add your address to our newsletter list without permission. If you'd like to be added to the newsletter list, please fill out your email address in the box on the home page, I don't send them very often, but there are sometimes exclusive discount codes! If you have signed up to receive our Newsletter your email details will be stored remotely by the newsletter provider (MailChimp) and only accessed and used in order to send you the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time and your details will be removed.

Returns Under distance selling regulations, you may return items within 14 working days of receipt. They must be in original unused condition as supplied and you must keep a proof of posting or post by trackable means; if posted to you by Recorded or Special Delivery please return by the same service. A refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the original goods or trackable proof of posting. Please contact us first if you need to make a return and include the dispatch note receipt so we can match your details to the item(s) returned. Return postage costs will not be refunded (unless the item is faulty).
Order Discrepancies Upon receipt of your order, please check that all items are as ordered and match the dispatch notice. Any problems should be notified to Pirate Treasures within 48 hours of receipt. If you have not informed us of a missing item within 2 working days of you receiving the order, we will not be required to send a replacement or offer a refund.
We also have "share" buttons so visitors can share or Like our pages through social media websites. These sites may use their own cookies when you are logged in to your social media profiles.
